Purpose

Scope

Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Violations of this VMZ Corporation Export Control Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, in accordance with the Company’s disciplinary procedures.
- Violations of export control laws may also result in civil and criminal penalties for both the Company and responsible individuals, including fines, imprisonment, and restrictions on export privileges.
