VMZ Corporation Export Control Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this VMZ Corporation Export Control Policy is to ensure compliance with applicable export laws and regulations governing the export of goods and technology from www.vmzcorporation.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Scope

Consequences of Non-Compliance

1. Violations of this VMZ Corporation Export Control Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, in accordance with the Company’s disciplinary procedures.
2. Violations of export control laws may also result in civil and criminal penalties for both the Company and responsible individuals, including fines, imprisonment, and restrictions on export privileges.
